NOTES
- Conference sessions and events are not included with exhibits, ads and receptions. Any exhibit/reception onsite personnel are encouraged to register to attend the conference sessions/meals. Register to attend the conference here.

- Exhibit tables and reception hosts are limited to two onsite personnel who are not planning to attend conference sessions/meals.
- All onsite personnel must agree to abide by SEJ’s Anti-Harassment Policy and COVID-19 Protocols.

SEJ conferences are designed by journalists for journalists. Volunteer co-chairs work with SEJ conference staff to select keynote speakers, plenary sessions and moderated panels proposed by environmental journalists. Participation as a speaker, moderator, tour or beat dinner leader is the editorial decision of session organizers.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your ad, exhibit or reception in writing by March 9, 2022, you’ll receive a full refund. After March 9, substitutions may be made.
If SEJ must cancel the onsite conference, SEJ will refund hospitality reception, program advertisers and exhibit table fees charged by SEJ. However, SEJ does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges or expenses, including costs of travel/lodging, catering or cancellation fees imposed by third parties.
